Five Tory Bloggers As You've Never Seen Them

TheEye has been tied up in the office, with vistors from abroad and a minor part in a web development project (an elevation of the stetson to the GOT who has done a magnificent job). Hence blogging has been light. When HMS Westminster returns to port this weekend following exercises blogging will continue to be patchy for a few days. It's 90p for a large G&T in HMS Rooke's Mess and the Moroccan barman is heavy-handed as well.

However spotted this which is worth sharing.

James Cleverly, Tim Montgomerie and Iain Dale are on hat-tipping terms with TheEye. Shane Greer and Guido also make an appearance.

Lady Thatcher

"If you lead a country like Britain, a strong country, a country which has taken a lead in world affairs in good times and in bad, a country that is always reliable, then you have to have a touch of iron about you."

Voltaire

"Stand upright, speak thy thoughts, declare The truth thou hast, that all may share; Be bold, proclaim it everywhere: They only live who dare."
